I Can't Wait Till I'm Five reminded me so much of myself. Being the youngest of 3 children, I could really relate to the feelings of this child wanting to get older fast. What a great book for a younger sibling to help understand that he is not alone in wanting to be with his older sibling. My mom should have read this book to me 35 years ago when I wanted to follow my brother to school.

I can't wait to read
"I Can't Wait Till I'm Five" to my daughter Chyna. What a wonderful book to add to her library.

This book is fun and it will appeal to young readers and their
parents. The illustrations are charming and the lines memorable. The
author really captures the essence of what it feels like to be excluded
by age barriers the cultures we're born into have set before us. This
is a theme young readers can relate too. Superb subject and story.
Your book is realistic, educational, encouraging and inspiring. I
thoroughly enjoyed it as I love children and a positive message. You
have outlined a subject that needs much attention in a world which
falsely teaches that everyone should get their own way. I applaud
Colleen H. Robley Blake for her insight and adherence to the most
important precept anyone can learn. We must sometimes wait even when
we don't want too. Patience is a virtue. Most of all I love the honor
given to God.
